The good is their tight spreads and commissions but the bad thing is that the order execution takes between 2-4 seconds during peak times (I am in Europe). Any idea what could be done about it (and no, its not because of my connection) Otherwise is there another broker with ECN accounts and tight spreads and low commissions suitable for people trading from Europe The average execution time in icmarkets seldom crosses 1 second, let alone 2-4 seconds that you are experiencing. Ive been trading with them for more than a year now and my execution speed averages around 250- 300 ms. Please contact their support and get it rectified ASAP.
